As an Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist my sessions focus on teaching mindfulness and are infused with Ayurvedic core principles. This emphasis creates seasonal balance and encourages one’s ability to heal. Over all well-being is supported by slowing down which promotes a deeper connection to self. Many of my students have shared their experience of increased body awareness which cultivated a deeper knowing of their true selves. We will build mental/physical strength while unlocking joy, gratitude, and self-love. Each private or group session is tailored to enhance all facets of self-healing; physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. All yoga sessions includes breath-work, meditation, yoga poses and deep relaxation. All levels, ages and physical challenges are welcomed. Time to roll out your mat for optimal health!
